1.5 cups apple juice

1 cored apple

½ avocado

2 cups spinach

1 large leaf of kale with stem removed

1 cup apple juice

5 frozen strawberries

5 frozen blackberries

20 frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana

1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

½ cup raw cashews
