If you make a habit of it, buy a personal blender, to avoid clean up and save time in the morning.
For all recipes, add liquids first followed by solids, blend and go!
Coco-loco:
¾ cup pineapple juice
1 frozen banana
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup coconut yogurt
¼ peeled lime or squeezed lime juice
3 pitted dates soaked overnight in water
High Powered Protein
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon protein powder of choice
¼ cup spinach
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon cacao powder
Green Goddess
1.5 cups apple juice
1 cored apple
½ avocado
2 cups spinach
1 large leaf of kale with stem removed
Berry Bliss
1 cup apple juice
5 frozen strawberries
5 frozen blackberries
20 frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
½ cup raw cashews
